Use the form below to request deletion of your AgapeConnect account. Our support team will review your request and contact you.

What happens to your data

When you request deletion

Your request is reviewed by our support team. Once processed, your account is deactivated. You will no longer be able to sign in, your profile will stop appearing to other users, and you will stop receiving notifications.

What is deleted

Your profile information, including your name, photo, and contact details, and your access to the account.

What is retained, and why

Records of completed trips, payments and payouts, and any disputes are retained for 10 years to comply with Philippine tax and accounting requirements. These records are no longer linked to an active account.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days.
